A Mutual Society set up for the benefit of the local community and environment. Hook Norton Low Carbon’s purpose is to improve the energy efficiency and reduce the carbon footprint of the community by promoting the implementation of carbon reduction and renewable energy initiatives.  

Drawing on external funding, trading and managing their resources to generate the sustainable revenue streams that they believe are key to an ongoing success, they aim to implement carbon reduction measures in an effective and timely fashion.
