The Crucial Connection Between Water and Your Business

13th June | 8am - 10am | Future Leap Gloucester Road, BS7 8AA and Online

In a world where the true value of water often takes a backseat to more tangible economic indicators, we look forward to diving into the essence of a resource that is chronically undervalued yet fundamentally essential to life itself.

This breakfast event will challenge the notion that the low price of water reflects its true worth. Water is not merely a commodity with a price tag; it is the lifeblood of our existence. Unlike other resources, we can technically live without power, but the absence of water is non-negotiable.

Businesses need to acknowledge that what we do here affects water elsewhere. Our actions reverberate through a unified water system, emphasizing the interconnectedness of our world.

Just four days after World Water Day, our panel of experts will delve into practical takeaways for businesses on their sustainability journey. From preventing contamination to embracing rainwater harvesting, we will explore no-brainer initiatives that can make a significant impact. The discussion will extend to energy reduction, corporate supply chains, and how businesses can contribute to a better natural world.

Join us as we shift the conversation from underpricing to understanding the true value of water. Let’s pave the way for businesses to not only thrive economically but also become stewards of water, ensuring a sustainable legacy for generations to come.

This event is free to Future Leap members and coworkers, and open to everyone. Attendance includes sustainably sourced breakfast and refreshments (unless you are attending virtually, in which case please B-Y-O-Breakfast!)
