Partnerships and funding helping Green Schools Project grow in the South West

Green Schools Project supports schools to transform the way they respond to the climate crisis.
They work with schools across the country, but with half of their team of six now based in Bristol, they have been focussing on making connections and building partnerships with organisations and schools across the city and the South West. They are excited by how things are shaping up!
Last month they were delighted to secure funding for further work in Bristol. Grants from the Bristol City Leap Community Energy Fund and the Triodos Foundation will enable us to work with schools in Bristol – supporting them to deliver our Zero Carbon Schools programme and facilitating connection and engagement with their local communities to ensure their climate action has impact beyond the school gates.

They have three fully-funded places available to join our Premium Zero Carbon Schools programme in Bristol. If you know a school that would like to apply, get in touch with them today by emailing our Programme Manager on nell@greenschoolsproject.org.uk
And if you’re a business or organisation in Bristol or the South West and would like to find out more about working with them, please get in touch with Tom either by email on tom@greenschoolsproject.org.uk or track one of them down in the Gloucester Road or Clifton Future Leap hub.

“Our partnership with Future Leap Network has been central to our growing presence and impact across the region. Since being selected as their non-profit partner in the summer, the connections, skills sharing and pro bono support has been invaluable. Not least, we have loved getting to know the Future Leap team and having a dedicated space to work together in person – huge thanks to them!”
