Future Leap is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Business Administrator to support the operational and administrative functions of the business. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities, with a particular focus on HR, finance, and team engagement.

Business Operations and Administration:

  • Supporting the Senior Management Team and department leaders with the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all processes.
  • Collaborating with department leaders to develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
  • Supporting managers with business administrative functions, including facilities management and procurement.
  • Ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping for operational processes (including the minuting of management meetings.)
  • Liaising with external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure proper contractual relationships are established and positive working relationships are maintained.
  • Over the next 3-6 months we will be embedding a CRM system. This role would play a key function in supporting its implementation as well as providing training and support with team uptake.
  • Providing general administrative support across departments.
  • Providing support to managers to ensure that health and safety and risk assessments are up-to-date across the business.

Finance & Compliance

  • Supporting the financial accountant with financial reporting to enable organisational decision making.
  • Support in processing 3rd party claims including invoices, expenses and payroll.
  • Handling supplier contract management as necessary.

Human Resources & Team Engagement:

  • Supporting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Conducting an annual review of HR policies and procedures working with leaders to address any updates or new policies that require implementation.
  • Collaborating with external HR advisor to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

  • Financial acumen: Ability to collate, analyse and present financial data, and provide accurate reports to Senior Management.
  • Strong initiative: Able to take ownership and pride in responsibilities, and facilitate improvements across the business
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities: Able to identify and resolve challenges efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills: Able to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy across all tasks.

Hours: Part time Monday-Friday 22.5 to 30 hours a week depending on deliverables within a week.

Salary: £30k per annum, depending on experience.
