Nature’s Blueprint Bristol: Spring Regenerative Event

In my work as a coach I see that so many people are overwhelmed, stressed and often in some stage of a burnout cycle.

Changemakers and those who care about the future for people and planet can be particularly at risk of this, feeling the burden of their mission. But I also see that there is so much work to be done and now is not the time to give up – although that also doesn’t mean we should just struggle on alone.

This is why I am very happy to be a member of the Nature’s Blueprint community, aiming to empower, energise and support people to reconnect with being part of nature, and find innovative and impactful solutions to the challenges of our time.

I’ll be one of the hosts of a beautiful, restorative and regenerative day with Nature’s Blueprint at Grow Wilder in Bristol on the 6th March, supporting us all to Reconnect and Reimagine, before we Respond.

We will be exploring our interconnection with the systems (including external – natural and otherwise, as well as internal, ie our microbiome), taking some time to reconnect to ourselves, our purpose and the natural world, our resources and finding a way forward that is both impactful and personally sustainable.

The ticket price for the day includes lifetime membership to the wonderful Nature’s Blueprint community of change makers and a members-only LinkedIn group.

Membership includes:

  • Monthly online ‘Pulse points’: to check in with the community, share your latest news, get support, inspiration and feel uplifted and ready to get back out there and make a difference
  • Weekly ‘Buzz Point’ sessions – led by community members sharing a topic that they are passionate / knowledgeable about to help spark ideas, connections and upskill the wider team.
  • Quarterly online group coaching ‘Spark points’

It’s very important to the members of Nature’s Blueprint that our events are accessible to people most need of connection with being part of the natural world, learning more about food systems and interconnections between ecological, societal, physical & mental health. For this reason you will see there are different ticket options including the option to apply for a fully funded place so please take a look and also share with anyone who you think may benefit from being involved with the community.
