Director of Operations /Operations Manager

We are an award-winning sustainability consultancy providing a range of services for
housebuilders, property developers, architects, councils, and other built environment
stakeholders. Our diverse project portfolio spans Residential, Commercial, and Public
Sector decarbonisation and developments.

  • What You’ll Do
    • Lead and Inspire: Oversee daily operations, lead and motivate teams, and drive performance.
    • Strategic Growth: Play an integral role in expanding our Bristol office (currently a team of 15) and contribute to our operational strategy.
    • Client Champion: Develop, maintain, and expand client relationships and frameworks.
    • Achieve Success: Ensure the business achieves its targets, mission statements, and strategic objectives.
    • Collaborate and Report: Work closely with and report to the Managing Director.
  • Key Skills
    • Proven Expertise: Strong background in Sustainability Consultancy, Project
    • Management, Building Surveying, Property Management or Engineering within a consultancy environment.
    • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, manage resources, and drive team performance.
    • Commercial Acumen: Commercially astute with the ability to identify new revenue opportunities.
    • Networking Prowess: Strong networking skills and the ability to build professional relationships.
    • Financial Literacy: Excellent financial acumen, including fee management and cost control.
    • People Management: Experienced in people management and team development.
    • Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams on complex, large-scale projects.
    • Sustainability Knowledge: Experience in sustainability consultancy and retrofit is highly desirable.
