Meet the Speakers!

Anna Buckle, PayCaptain

Anna Buckle is PayCaptain’s Head of Employee Experience and Financial Well-being and has 20 years’ experience in the payroll and financial wellbeing industry. Prior to joining PayCaptain, she was Director of Customer Success for a payroll service provider with 1200 employees operating across the UK, USA and UAE.


A certified Plain Numbers Practitioner who advocates for users first, Anna is dedicated to ensuring that PayCaptain remains on track with their mission to provide a payroll solution that helps users increase their financial capability and resilience, whilst improving their overall well-being. Anna believes that payroll has enormous potential as a form of engaging employees and providing them with access to tools and resources to support them building financial resilience.

Eduardo Chazan, Collegia

Eduardo Chazan is the founder and CEO of Collegia. He spent the first years of his career working in mergers & acquisitions at Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and then in antirust and competition economics consulting. Subsequently, he worked as an interest rates trader for BR Partners, before joining BTG Pactual, where he focused on OTC securities and Latin American interest rates operations. Eduardo then founded and was the CFO of the Brazilian start-up Home Refill – a top-5 app in the country’s app store where he was responsible for managing strategic business plans and financial strategies. Eduardo attended the Universidade de São Paulo in São Paulo, Brazil, and graduated with of a Bachelor of Economics Degree with Honours. Eduardo also went on to study his MBA at Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.

Riccardo Gasparini, Collegia

Riccardo Gasparini is the founder and COO of Collegia. He attended the University of Parma in Italy, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering with a Final grade of 110/110 Cum Laude. He then obtained a masters’ degree from the same University in Electronic Engineering, with a weighted average mark of 30/30. Riccardo has further completed an MBA at Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, UK. Prior to completion of his MBA in Oxford, Riccardo worked as a technology Project Manager, leading complex projects for multinational companies such as P&G, McCain and Henkel across 3 continents. He also shaped and developed the business and marketing strategies for Eggtronic, one of Italy’s top start-ups in the consumer electronics sector.
