  • the central pillars of an economic development ‘greenprint’ to enable the region’s economy to take full advantage of decarbonisation;
  • financing the region’s decarbonisation revolution;
  • establishing the South-West as the hot bed for environmental technology innovations;
  • the primary policies needed to support the growth of a low carbon economy in the region;
  • removing the barriers that have the potential to stand in the way of a high performing decarbonisation-powered economy so that future growth opportunities can be maximised;
  • the skills and local supply chains that need to be established to support the progress of decarbonisation and therefore the South West economy.
