BI WORLDWIDE provides market-leading employee engagement, event management & sales and channel incentive travel. BI World Wide were in the process of organising an event and approached Future Leap in order to assess the carbon impact of flights taken by attendees in three scenarios.

BI World Wide had two groups of people, one from various places in North America, and one from the rest of the world (Europe, Middle east, Africa, Latin America and Asia Pacific). Future Leap calculated the emissions from the flights that would need to be taken by attendees across the three scenarios, Future Leap also provided qualitative insight into some additional considerations BI World Wide should make regarding the country of choice for the event and the resulting emissions they could expect to see.
