Digital consultancy As It Should Be launches as B Corp

As It Should Be, a digital accessibility and sustainability consultancy based just outside Bristol, announced their official launch on 6 March with new branding and website to go with it. The company was founded by Jon Gibbins, who has been part of the local tech scene in Bristol for 15 years, and launches as a Certified B Corporation, built on ethical core values and using business as a force for good. Through their consultancy and training services, As It Should Be helps organisations and their teams to design and build digital products and services that don’t exclude people or cost the planet – accessible and sustainable. Whether as a guiding partner or as teachers embedding knowledge, they aim to help make accessibility and sustainability a part of how work gets done, and not an afterthought. To celebrate the launch, they’ve planted 1,000 trees in mangrove forests in Mozambique, and also funded a selection of climate impact projects that are working hard to reduce carbon emissions, restore nature, and improve people’s lives.
