Michelmores’ prestigious Property Awards competition is returning in 2024, marking 21 years of celebrating the best property, development and construction projects in the South West. Entries to the Awards are now open until 19 January.

This year’s ceremony will take place on Thursday 27 June at Sandy Park Conference Centre in Exeter and, as always, promises to be a celebratory evening that brings together all those who contribute to the region’s exciting property, real estate and construction sectors.

This year, our Awards continue to highlight progression in the industry with the introduction of a new category: Regeneration Project of the Year. This award showcases projects that involved work of significant refurbishment, retrofitting, regeneration or transformation value on an existing property or brownfield site, to give it a new lease of life and an environmentally efficient future. It joins the other 10 categories that recognise a wide range of commercial and residential projects as well as master planning schemes.

Applicants to the 2024 Awards are invited to submit projects largely completed within the timeframe of 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023. As always, sustainability and community engagement in the design, build and use of the projects will be key criteria in every category. The closing date for entries is Friday 19 January 2024.
